15-Belmont/NW 23rd connects Gateway, SE Portland, Portland City Center, and Nob Hill via 102nd, Stark/Washington, Belmont/Morrison, Washington/Alder, Burnside and NW 23rd. The route continues to connect Nob Hill to Montgomery Park and the NW Industrial neighborhood via Vaughn, 29th, Guam, 35th, and 44th & Yeon.

Effective Feb. 25, 2025 Beginning 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 25, through 5:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 26, no service to the eastbound stop at 49th (Stop ID 439), and the stops in both directions at SE Belmont & Cesar Chavez Blvd (Stop IDs 427 & 428), 42nd (Stop IDs 429 & 430) and 46th (Stop IDs 435 & 436) due to construction. To Gateway TC, use the temp stops on SE Cesar Chavez Blvd just south of Belmont (in front of gas station) and on SE 49th just south of Belmont. And to NW Portland, use the temp stop on SE Belmont west side of Cesar Chavez Blvd.
