TriMet Business Plan

TriMet’s Business Plan is a strategic plan for meeting the expectations of our riders and our community. It helps us:

• better define our goals
• identify whether we are making progress with measures and targets
• define our efforts with strategic actions

Every year, TriMet updates this five-year plan to keep us focused on connecting people with valued mobility options that are safe, convenient, reliable, accessible, and welcoming for all. The Business Plan for FY2026-FY2030 will start July 1, 2025.
