To cover a portion of TriMet's postage and processing costs, a $2.50 handling/processing fee is added to all orders, except LIFT tickets and passes. We ship via US Postal Service.

The next month's passes go on sale on the 11th of the current month and are available through the 10th of the next month. For example, February passes are available January 11-February 10.
So if you order a pass between the 1st and the 10th of the month, we will send you the current month's pass. (The pass price is not pro-rated, so make sure it's still a good value for you before you buy one.) If you order a pass after the 10th, we will send you the next month's pass.
Sorry, tickets and passes are non-refundable.
How is Your Personal Information Protected?
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. Any sensitive information we collect, such as debit or credit card numbers, is protected using industry standard methods. However, you are also responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your personal information against unauthorized disclosure or misuse.
"Phishing" is a scam designed to steal your personal information. If you receive an email that looks like it is from us asking you for your personal information, do not respond. We will never request your password, user name, credit card information or other personal information through email.
Children’s Personal Information
We recognize the importance of protecting privacy, particularly where children are involved. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information online from children under the age of 13. If a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information online, we ask that a parent or guardian contact us or call 503-238-7433.
